Ballroom

The Ballroom at the Best Western Thousand Oaks Inn is ideal for those needing a social or corporate gathering space for up to 200 people. Mirrored panels surround the room that is enhanced with new carpet and chairs, and a beautiful geometrically designed ceiling. Drop by to see this room, please ask for Du-par’s Banquet and Meeting Room Sales Manager who will be happy to help you plan your event with the perfect color coordination, the right set-up and food selection.

Garden Room

The Garden Room can accommodate up to 75 people for medium sized meetings, and 50 people for sit-down dinners. New carpet and chairs add to the beauty of the Garden Room making it perfect for those requiring a smaller space for their event.

 

Rose & Orchid Rooms

The Rose Room and the Orchid Room accommodate up to 35 people in each room. These rooms are great to use as "breakout rooms" when you are holding a larger meeting in the Ballroom; very small meetings or small, intimate dinner parties.

 

Oak Room

This boardroom seats 8 people comfortably around a conference table. The Oak Room includes a refrigerator, whiteboard, podium, TV and its own restroom. If you have need of a private room for a meeting away from your office, the Oak Room will fit those needs.
