A deposit equal to 50% of the room rental or a minimum of $750 (whichever is higher) must be provided with a signed contract. Full payment and completed contract details are due 7 days prior to the event date.
The rental time for a banquet is 5 hours from guest arrival to the end of the event. If you’re having a ceremony, add an extra hour to the event time. Additional set up time is allowed. For meetings, the rental time is based on your contracted times.
No storage is available on premise. All vendors must provide their own storage arrangement and their equipment must be removed at the end of the event. We will not be responsible for any articles lost, stolen or left unattended during or after the conclusion of your event.
