Refunds are processed according to our Refund Schedule found on the event contract.

You can provide a deposit to secure your date as soon as you are ready. We do not do courtesy holds for dates. The date will not be reserved until a deposit has been received.

A deposit equal to 50% of the room rental or a minimum of $750 (whichever is higher) must be provided with a signed contract. Full payment and completed contract details are due 7 days prior to the event date.

Yes, all events must provide proof of insurance thru Vensura. Buy the policy

Yes, any vendor you hire that will be coming to our facility must have a certificate of insurance on file with us prior to your event date.

Yes, we require security guards for all banquet events with alcohol service held on property. We will book the service through our contracted security company and charge your account.

No. All catering must be provided by our in-house restaurant or by our vetted and approved catering company. Any outside catering must be approved by the Banquets Committee and General Manager.

Yes, we will cut and serve your wedding cake to your guests at no charge.

The rental time for a banquet is 5 hours from guest arrival to the end of the event. If you’re having a ceremony, add an extra hour to the event time. Additional set up time is allowed. For meetings, the rental time is based on your contracted times.

The Ventura County Noise Regulations require that all music stop at 10:00 p.m. Your guests must start vacating the premises by this time. The door will be closed at 11:00 p.m.

Your vendors may arrive at the property no earlier than 4 hours before your event start time. Other arrangements may be made through our catering office.

No, the bar service must be provided by the in-house restaurant who holds the license to serve and/or sell alcohol on the premises.

No storage is available on premise. All vendors must provide their own storage arrangement and their equipment must be removed at the end of the event. We will not be responsible for any articles lost, stolen or left unattended during or after the conclusion of your event.

Decorations cannot be affixed to the walls. Glitter, confetti, rice or birdseed is not permitted. A $500 clean-up fee will apply if any of the above is used.

Any flamed candle must be inside a hurricane glass container with the flame no higher than 2” below the rim of the glass.

When the final guaranteed count is given, please include how many vendors you would like to be fed and we will accommodate them.
